1. Overview

Thank you for subscribing to or purchasing content through Eleven07 Network. This Refunds and Returns Policy explains how refund requests, cancellations, promotional offers, subscriptions, renewals, and third-party platform purchases are handled.

Eleven07 Network provides digital content, streaming access, subscriptions, rentals, memberships, promotional offers, and related online services. Because digital access may begin immediately after purchase or subscription activation, all sales are considered final except where a refund is expressly allowed under this policy or required by law.

By subscribing, purchasing, renting, signing up for a promotion, or accessing paid content, you agree to this Refunds and Returns Policy.

2. Digital Content and No Physical Returns

Eleven07 Network provides digital and streaming-based services. There are no physical products to return.

Once digital access has been granted, purchases, subscriptions, rentals, pay-per-view access, memberships, and promotional offers are generally non-refundable unless a refund request qualifies under the limited refund windows below and is approved after review.

3. Limited Refund Review

Refunds are not automatic. Refund requests are reviewed at the sole discretion of Eleven07 Network, unless otherwise required by law.

Submitting a refund request within an eligible refund window does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

When reviewing refund requests, Eleven07 Network may consider account activity, viewing history, access history, promotional terms, billing records, payment status, suspected abuse, prior refund requests, and any other relevant information.

4. Promotional Offers and Special Offers

If you sign up for Eleven07 Network through a special offer, promotional offer, discounted plan, founder pricing, trial conversion, limited-time offer, coupon, bundle, or similar promotion, refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the purchase or subscription activation.

Promotional offer refund requests submitted after 48 hours are not eligible for a refund, unless required by law.

Because promotional offers are discounted or limited-access offers, refunds for promotional purchases are strictly limited and may be denied if digital access has been used, content has been viewed, or the account shows activity after purchase.

5. Standard Subscription Refund Window

For normal, non-promotional subscriptions purchased directly through the Eleven07 Network website, refund requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days of the initial subscription purchase.

Refund requests submitted more than 5 calendar days after the original subscription purchase date are not eligible for a refund, unless required by law.

The 5-calendar-day refund window applies only to the first purchase of a standard subscription made directly through the Eleven07 Network website.

6. Recurring Subscription Renewals

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

You are responsible for managing your subscription and canceling before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

If your subscription renews and you wish to request a refund for the renewal charge, the request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the renewal date.

Renewal refund requests submitted more than 7 calendar days after the renewal date are not eligible for a refund, unless required by law.

A cancellation stops future billing. A cancellation does not automatically create a refund for prior charges, renewal charges, unused time, partial billing periods, or previously provided access.

7. No Prorated Refunds

Eleven07 Network does not provide prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods, unused days, unused viewing time, unused account access, or failure to use the service.

If you cancel a subscription, you may continue to have access until the end of the current billing period unless the subscription was purchased through a platform whose rules state otherwise.

8. How to Cancel a Subscription

How you cancel your subscription depends on where you originally signed up.

If you subscribed directly through the Eleven07 Network website, you may cancel through your account settings where available, or you may contact us at contactus@eleven07.app for assistance.

If you subscribed through a third-party platform, such as Apple, Google Play, Roku, Amazon, or another app store or streaming platform, you must cancel through that platform.

Eleven07 Network cannot guarantee cancellation, refund, billing changes, or account adjustments for subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms.

9. Platform-Specific Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted through the platform where the subscription or purchase was originally made.

Apple / iOS / Apple TV

If you signed up through the iOS app or Apple TV and would like a refund, you must request it directly through Apple:

Website Purchases

If you signed up directly through the Eleven07 Network website and would like a refund, please contact us at:

Website purchases are the only subscription type that the Eleven07 Network support team is able to review and refund directly.

10. Third-Party Platform Purchases

Subscriptions, purchases, rentals, or paid access made through third-party platforms are subject to that platform’s own billing, cancellation, refund, and subscription policies.

Third-party platforms may include, but are not limited to:

  • Apple App Store

  • Apple TV

  • Google Play Store

  • Android TV

  • Roku

  • Amazon Fire TV

  • Smart TV app stores

  • Mobile app stores

  • Streaming platform providers

  • Payment processors

Eleven07 Network does not control third-party billing systems and is not able to issue refunds, cancel subscriptions, adjust billing, reverse charges, or override platform decisions for purchases made through those platforms.

11. Refund Request Requirements

For eligible website-based purchases, refund requests must be submitted by email within the applicable refund window.

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Email address used for the account

  • Date of purchase or renewal

  • Subscription or plan type

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Receipt, transaction ID, or billing confirmation if available

Incomplete requests may delay review or may be denied if we cannot identify the account, charge, or transaction.

12. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved for a website-based purchase, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method when possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, payment processor, bank, or card issuer.

Approved refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement.

Eleven07 Network is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, app stores, payment processors, or third-party platforms.

13. Refunds Not Available

Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:

  • Requests made outside the applicable refund window

  • Requests for prorated refunds

  • Requests for unused time or partial billing periods

  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date

  • Promotional offers outside the 48-hour refund window

  • Standard subscriptions outside the 5-calendar-day refund window

  • Renewal charges outside the 7-calendar-day refund window

  • Subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms that must be handled by that platform

  • Inability to access services due to unsupported devices, internet issues, user device problems, or third-party platform issues

  • Loss of access due to violation of our Terms of Service

  • Account sharing, misuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or suspected abuse

  • Purchases made by mistake where account access or viewing activity occurred

  • Dissatisfaction with available titles, content rotation, app availability, or content changes

  • Free trials, coupons, discounts, or special offers unless specifically eligible under this policy

14. Chargebacks and Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first at contactus@eleven07.app so we can review the issue.

Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute does not guarantee a refund and may result in temporary or permanent suspension of account access while the dispute is reviewed.

We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that are inconsistent with this policy, our Terms of Service, account activity, or billing records.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refunds and Returns Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the website, apps, streaming services, subscriptions, or digital content after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
