By visiting, accessing, subscribing to, purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

2. About Eleven07 Network

Eleven07 Network is a video-on-demand and entertainment platform created to feature original productions, independent films, classic and vintage entertainment, documentaries, creator-driven content, and related media.

Information on our website or platform may describe current, upcoming, or planned services, including app availability, streaming access, content categories, subscriptions, launch updates, and platform features. Some features, content, apps, subscription options, or services may still be in development and may change before or after launch.

3. Changes to These Terms

We may update, revise, add to, or remove portions of these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted, unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Users who register for accounts, purchase subscriptions, submit content, upload materials, or participate in creator or community features must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or have appropriate parental or legal guardian consent where permitted by law.

Access to the Services may not be legal for certain persons or in certain states, countries, or jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

5. App and Platform Availability

Eleven07 Network may be made available through websites, mobile apps, smart TVs, connected devices, app stores, streaming platforms, UscreenTV-powered services, and third-party distribution channels.

Availability may depend on device compatibility, internet connection, geographic region, app store approval, platform requirements, subscription status, account status, or third-party service providers.

We do not guarantee that Eleven07 Network, its apps, content, or services will be available on every device, operating system, app store, platform, or location at all times.

6. Website and Service Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the rights, safety, security, or enjoyment of others.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for fraudulent, unlawful, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to websites, servers, accounts, systems, user data, or restricted areas.
• Probe, scan, test, or attempt to breach the security or authentication measures of any system or network.
• Interfere with service to any user, host, network, or platform.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, harmful code, spam, or disruptive material.
• Scrape, harvest, copy, extract, or collect website, platform, account, or user data without permission.
• Use robots, bots, automated tools, or other methods to manipulate viewing activity, payouts, metrics, or platform activity.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Eleven07 Network.
• Use our name, logo, brand identity, images, designs, content, or materials without written permission.
• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, publicly perform, display, sell, modify, or exploit any content except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

7. Accounts, Passwords, and Security

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, payment credentials, device access, and account information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

If you allow someone else to use your device, you should log out of your account so that another person does not access your content, account, or billing information.

You agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account, username, password, or payment information has been accessed or used without authorization.

9. Streaming Access and License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, Eleven07 Network grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, personal license to access and view available digital content through the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use.

This license does not give you ownership of any content or intellectual property. It only allows personal viewing through authorized Eleven07 Network services, apps, websites, or approved third-party platforms.

You may not sell, copy, download, record, reproduce, redistribute, publicly perform, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content or part of the Services unless expressly authorized in writing by Eleven07 Network or the applicable rights holder.

10. Video, Film, and Media Content

Eleven07 Network may feature, promote, stream, distribute, host, or link to various forms of media content, including but not limited to original productions, licensed content, independent films, classic entertainment, vintage programming, documentaries, creator content, trailers, previews, promotional clips, and related materials.

All media content remains the property of its respective owners, licensors, creators, producers, distributors, or rights holders.

Availability of any content may vary and may change at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular title, series, film, episode, channel, creator, category, or piece of content will remain available permanently.

11. Content Quality and Streaming Performance

We make no guarantee as to the resolution, playback quality, availability, or performance of streamed digital content.

Streaming quality may depend on many factors, including your internet connection, device, bandwidth, location, platform, app version, player, internet service provider, and third-party services.

The Services may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, outages, technical issues, app store changes, platform changes, provider issues, licensing restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

12. Subscriptions, Purchases, Rentals, and Paid Access

The Services may allow access to digital content through subscriptions, memberships, purchases, rentals, pay-per-view access, free trials, promotional pricing, or other payment plans.

The terms of each subscription, rental, purchase, or paid access option will be presented at or before the time of purchase, where applicable.

By purchasing or subscribing to any paid service, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us, UscreenTV, app stores, payment processors, or other applicable third-party billing providers to charge your selected payment method according to the payment terms presented.

Subscription fees, billing cycles, free trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, taxes, and payment processing may be handled directly by Eleven07 Network or by third-party platforms such as Uscreen, app stores, payment processors, or streaming service providers.

13. Billing, Renewals, and Cancellations

Your subscription will continue unless and until you cancel it, it expires, payment fails, or we terminate it.

You must cancel your subscription according to the terms of your specific plan before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

Receipts are generally sent to the email address associated with your account after a successful charge.

You may be able to update payment information, billing settings, or subscription details through your account settings, Uscreen account area, app store subscription settings, or the applicable third-party platform where the purchase was made.

Eleven07 Network is not responsible for errors, delays, restrictions, declined payments, account issues, billing issues, or cancellation issues caused by third-party billing platforms, app stores, payment processors, or streaming providers.

14. Refunds

Refund and cancellation policies may vary depending on how the service was purchased.

If a subscription, rental, purchase, or other paid access is made through a third-party app store, payment processor, Uscreen checkout, or other platform, refund requests may need to be submitted directly through that provider.

Unless otherwise required by law or stated in a separate refund policy, all purchases, subscriptions, rentals, pay-per-view charges, and digital access fees may be final once access has been provided.

15. Third-Party Platforms, Links, and Services

The Services may include or link to third-party websites, platforms, app stores, social media pages, payment processors, Uscreen-powered pages, streaming providers, connected device platforms, or external services.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, security, availability, billing practices, technical performance, or actions of any third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms, policies, rules, and privacy practices.

16. Community Features and User Conduct

The Services may include community features, comments, forums, chats, discussions, groups, or other interactive features.

You are solely responsible for your conduct in any community area. We ask all users to help create a respectful and welcoming environment.

You agree not to post, submit, or share material that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, infringing, misleading, spam-related, self-promotional without permission, or otherwise inappropriate.

Bullying, harassment, degrading comments, and attacks related to race, religion, culture, sex, sexual orientation, gender, identity, disability, nationality, or other protected or personal characteristics will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, restrict access, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, community standards, platform rules, licensing requirements, or applicable law.

Submitting content, ideas, proposals, creative concepts, scripts, treatments, formats, feedback, or materials does not create a partnership, employment relationship, production agreement, distribution agreement, fiduciary duty, confidential relationship, or obligation for Eleven07 Network to review, accept, produce, license, purchase, distribute, or compensate you for submitted materials.

While we value feedback, please do not submit unsolicited creative ideas, inventions, scripts, show concepts, or proposals unless requested through an official submission process. If you submit such materials despite this request, you agree that we may use, review, decline, or disregard them without obligation, restriction, or compensation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Eleven07 Network names, logos, trademarks, trade names, branding, and related variations are the exclusive property of Eleven07 Network LLC or their applicable owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services or content without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights or a license to use Eleven07 Network intellectual property except for normal personal viewing and use of the Services as permitted by these Terms.

20. Software and Applications

If the Services require or include downloadable software, mobile apps, smart TV apps, connected device apps, player software, or other technology, Eleven07 Network grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for accessing the Services as permitted by these Terms.

You may not modify, alter, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, create derivative works from, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, assign, distribute, copy, reproduce, or otherwise transfer the software or any license related to it.

You may not use the software on any device you do not own or control, except where permitted by the applicable app store, device platform, or account-sharing rules.

We may update, revise, modify, or discontinue software or app functionality at any time. Your continued use of the software or Services after updates are made available constitutes acceptance of those updates.

This license remains effective until terminated by you or by us. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete any copies in your possession where applicable.

21. Copyright Complaints and DMCA Notices

Eleven07 Network respects the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe that any copyrighted work is accessible through the Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us and provide the following information:

Any reliance on the Services or content is at your own risk.

23. Limitation of Liability

If content, accounts, subscriptions, community features, or other services are made available to minors, additional parental consent, age restrictions, app store rules, platform rules, or legal requirements may apply.
